Service Description
Our Outdoor Run Club is a relaxed, supportive 40-minute session designed to be accessible for all levels. Perfect if you’re new to running, getting back into it, or just want a social, pressure-free way to stay active outdoors. We start with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by a steady, coached run where everyone can work at their own pace. Finish with a 5-minute cool-down to help you recover and feel good afterwards.
Cancellation Policy
Booking All Small Group sessions must be booked through the app. Please arrive on time so we can start together and keep the session running smoothly. Cancellations If you can’t make a session, please cancel in the app at least 24 hours before the start time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Small Group sessions are a paid part of your membership, and spaces are limited. Late cancellations or no-shows can stop others from taking part. If you cancel late or don’t attend 3 times within any 3-month period, we may pause your access to Small Group sessions. Your 1:1 Training Any pause to Small Group access does not affect your 1:1 training or existing payments. Your personal training continues as normal.
