Service Description

Private, in-person training with your No Sweat PT. Our express training session is designed and built to maximise results in the shortest period of time. Expect high-energy, dynamic workouts, prepared to get you to your goals as quickly as possible.


Cancellation Policy

Session Length & Arrival 1:1 sessions are 30 or 55 minutes. Please arrive on time and ready to train. If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the original end time. The full session fee applies, as the time was reserved for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or move a session, please do so at least 24 hours before the session start time via the app. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t attend: Block bookings: one session will be deducted Subscriptions: that week’s session is lost Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable. Session Carry-Over (Subscriptions Only) If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you may carry over one session to the following week (subject to availability). Carry-over sessions must be used the next week and cannot be saved beyond that.
