Cancellation Policy
Small Group Personal Training (PT) Sessions • (a) Booking & Punctuality Small Group PT sessions are booked via the App. Clients are expected to arrive on time to minimise disruption to the group and session flow. • (b) Cancellation Notice (Client) The Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice via the App prior to the scheduled start time of a Small Group PT session if they wish to cancel their attendance. (c) Late Cancellation / No-Shows (Client) While Small Group PT sessions are provided as a complimentary addition to subscription packages, consistent failure to attend affects session planning and potentially prevents other clients from participating. Therefore, if a Client cancels a Small Group PT session with less than 24 hours' notice, or fails to attend a booked session (no-show), on three (3) occasions within any rolling 3-month period, the Trainer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to suspend that Client's access to all future Small Group PT sessions indefinitely. • (d) Impact on Primary Service Suspension of complimentary Small Group PT access does not affect the Client's primary 1:1 training subscription or block booking. The Client remains fully liable for all payments due under this Agreement for their contracted 1:1 Personal Training services.
